With his strong grasp of business procedures and profit-making strategies, Blair has been able to focus on the needs of both business sellers & buyers, achieving great results, particularly in what has become his niche specialisation within the Newsagency and Franchising sectors. Blair enjoys spending time with family and friends and he is an avid sports fan.
Len Hepburn	len@actionbb.com.au (0412 045 799)	Len’s commercial background is in Information Technology, where he operated his own Software Consultancy for over 20 years. Through running his own business, Len developed a sound, practical understanding of general business principles which he has been able to apply to the marketing of the more technical businesses, while developing a well rounded appreciation for all types of businesses. outside of working hours, Len’s family occupies most of his spare time, and he takes a keen interest in sport, primarily cycling and golf.
Vince Konig	vince@actionbb.com.au (0430 332 208)	Throughout his working life, Vince has owned and managed a number of businesses, across a variety of industries, both locally and internationally. He has been able to harness his broad Management, Sales & Marketing experience to rapidly identify the “common ground” between business Sellers and Buyers. Vince has consistently been a Top Business Seller, employing honesty, integrity and trust. His areas of special interest include manufacturing, wholesale distribution, transport and retail food/hospitality. With family in Africa, Europe and North America, Vince enjoys travelling, golfing and is working his way through “1001 wines you must drink before you die”.
Jim Terry	jim@actionbb.com.au (0400 040 322)	Jim has over 25 years business experience, as an owner and in buying and selling businesses, with clients across most business sectors: manufacturing, wholesale, retail, distribution, hospitality and professional services. Jim’s technical experience in the Engineering field, plus his hands-on qualifications in the metal trades, makes him uniquely qualified to service the more technical businesses. He has been a Certified Practicing Business Broker in 2006. Jim has been happily married to the same girl since 1969 and has three adult daughters. He follows most sports, is a keen Rugby League follower supporting the Broncos and East’s Tigers and Wynnum Manly Seagulls. Being a baby boomer he is now more a spectator than participant in sport but he can still hit a mean golf ball.
Cameron Atchison	cam@actionbb.com.au (0425 121 788)	Cameron, an accredited REIQ Business Broker, has been involved with several family-owned businesses from a young age and has been active in business broking and the real estate industry for four years. Cameron’s interest in business stems from his studies for a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree at QUT, specialising in Forensic Accounting. His other areas of interest include marketing, economics and finance. Cameron grew up in Brisbane’s Northern suburbs and has recently relocated to the Southside, so he has a very wide knowledge of Brisbane’s business market. Outside of work, he is very family orientated and an avid sports fan, having played rugby for a number of years.
Frank Willett	frank@actionbb.com.au (0415 288 954)	Frank has many years experience owning and operating small businesses both in Australia and in PNG where he personally opened several Supermarkets/Convenience Stores from scratch. He has first hand experience of exactly what it takes to get a business up and running plus, having recently sold his own Newsagency after 9 years of successful trading, he is ideally placed to advise what it takes to prepare your business for the marketplace. Frank loves to spend time with his family and is a keen follower of his children’s Rugby Union and Volleyball careers. He also likes camping and fishing, and hopes one day to make it all the way around OZ in one trip.
